Job Descriptions
1. Research training needs at headquarters and in each region, with a particular focus on gaps in promoters' sales techniques and product knowledge.
2. Collaborate with the sales team and product department to develop training plans.
3. Create annual training plans and policies aligned with company strategies.
4. Design training programs for promoters, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
5. Participate in designing and optimizing courses on product knowledge and sales skills.
6. Develop practical courses for promoters, such as scenario simulations and case studies.
7. Organize nationwide training events, such as product launch training and boot camps.
8. Coordinate promoter-specific training programs to improve their sales performance.
9. Establish and improve the training system, including building a trainer team.
10. Create a comprehensive development pathway for promoters, from basic training to advanced skill enhancement.
11. Manage and guide regional trainers remotely through online meetings and reports.
12. Regularly organize training sessions for regional trainers to enhance their professional skills.
13. Oversee regional trainers' efforts to improve promoters’ capabilities and achieve performance targets.
14. Track training effectiveness, collect data, and generate reports.
15. Adjust strategies to improve the training’s impact on business performance.
16. Support product launch training and marketing activities.
17. Ensure promoters fully understand product features and competitive advantages.
18. Maintain and update the training materials library.
19. Compile and share the latest industry insights and learning resources.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Education, or a relevant discipline).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
