Job Descriptions
The Retail Store Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer service, driving sales to meet as the budget, inventory monitoring and managing and leading a team to achieve targets. This role involves a balance of sales, team leadership, and operational responsibilities to maintain a productive and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related field.
  2. Experience in managing sales staff team (Retails Business).
  3. Fashionable person.
  4. Clear Communication to the customer and team.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and sharp wit.
  6. Organizational skills.
  7. Problem-solving skills.
  8. Analyzing sales data to determine increases or decreases in sale performance.
  9. Passionate about customer service.
  10. Enthusiastic in sales.
  11. Accountability and be ownership.
  12. Able to comply with the regulations of both the department store and the company.
  13. Be a good role model for the team.
