Job Descriptions
•Create System/Server Preventive Maintenance Plan with collaborate with user & IT Vendor •Maintenance System & Server Requirement follow company standard quality with security. •Initiate new idea solution that can improve existing system & server infrastructure with cost effective. •Lead & Conduct IT Vendor to implement new server establishment with quality control. •Control System/Server Change Management with collaborate with user & vendor. •Monitor daily/weekly operations and be accountable for quality of administration of servers, operating systems, and platform services •Maintain server security (OS Patch, Security Vulnerability patch update) to be latest. •Troubleshooting & investigate in case of incident occur in each system & server with IT vendor & product owner support •Recovery system & server incident follow company service level agreement (SLA)
Qualifications
  1. Experience: 1-3 years in System Engineering with experience in VMware, Veeam Backup, ADDS, ADFS, Azure AD, and certificate management.
  2. Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  3. VMware: Extensive experience with VMware solutions, including ESXi, vCenter, vSAN.
  4. Veeam Backup: Strong experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup scheduling, restoration, and disaster recovery.
  5. Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS): Experience with ADDS architecture, user/group management, and GPO configuration.
  6. Azure Active Directory (Entra): Experience with Azure AD identity and access management, SSO, conditional access policies, MFA, and hybrid integration with on-premises ADDS.
  7. Networking: understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and cloud networking.
  8. Security: Knowledge of security best practices across cloud, VMware, ADDS/ADFS, Azure AD, Veeam, and certificate systems.
  9. Operating Systems: Experience managing Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
