Job Descriptions
- ให้ข้อมูลและให้บริการแก่ผู้ซื้อ ผู้ขาย ผ่านการพิมพ์ข้อความแชท
- บันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการในระบบ เพื่อประสานงานให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการต่อเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างทันท่วงทีและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจในสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 20-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ม. 6 ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการพิมพ์เร็วและถูกต้อง
- สามารถพิมพ์ตอบช่องทางแชท ตอบทันทีแบบ realtime ผ่าน Laptops หรือ Computer
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Customer Service, Call Center หรือธุรการแอดมินคีย์ข้อมูลตอบแชท 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- เวลาทำงานเป็นกะ: 6:00-15:00 น. / 7:00-16:00 น. / 8:00-17:00 น. / 9:00-18:00 น. / 10:00-19:00 น. / 11:00-20:00 น. / 12:00-21:00 น. / 13:00-22:00 น.)
