Job Descriptions

•Supporting the business planning, budget, continuous improvement and cost saving measures. •Manage, control, motivate and coaching the Production team to achieve the goals in term of Quality, Cost, Delivery including support to drive the System global standard and Lean Manufacturing to improve the business results. •Managing the overall Production and ensuring the full execution of all services delivered to customers. •Monitoring overall Production performance and formulating improvement actions where necessary including ensuring that the production cost is effective. •Monitoring product standards and implementing the quality built-in process concept. •Ensuring that IATF 16949 are implemented. •Support to implement the all-plant activities to achieve the targets and improve the manufacturing performance. •Responsible for capacity, manpower, raw material, and machine planning. •Responsible for maintenance team.

Qualifications

At least 10 years’ experience in Automotive industry, Stamping, Press or related.
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Thai, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Having good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS and Lean manufacturing
Bachelor or Master 's degree in IE., Mechanical or related field
Strong leadership, positive attitude
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Passionate about working with people from different functions/backgrounds
High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
Capacity to think strategically, logically and independently under stressful and demanding situations
