Job Descriptions

Take care of all utilities and their supply system i.e. oWater treatment plant, storage, and Water Supply oCooling tower System & Cooling Water supply oChilled Water System & Chilled Water Supply oAir compressors System & Compressed Air Supply oBoiler, Hot Water generator, Steam Supply and Hot Water Supply oElectrical supply including generator and transformers oWaste Water Treatment System oOthers Ensure that all the systems and equipment under responsibility are operated and inspected within relevant regulations and control limits Scheduling, Resource planning and Control maintenance activity for responded machine Handle projects or assignments under energy saving program and utilities improvement activities Handle corrective, breakdown and improvement work orders under responsible areas. Maintain machine manual, drawing and software including update machine and equipment list Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system Support team to achieve department target Expedite and control subordinate and outsource to complete company standard (GMP, 5S, ISO Standard)

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
At least 3-year experience in Utility, Facility or Maintenance
