Job Descriptions
1.For supporting new model milestone control, Developing New Model, Design Process 2.Make SOP/WI new model, Support customer requirements (To make the documents for submitting clients) 3.Create a plan for testing new products and control operations according to the plan. 4.Check the preparation of production standards in every process. In order for the workpiece to meet quality requirements. *PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Condition sheet, WI 5.Support production for analysis quality issue and process improvement. 6.Make report to the Japanese Management Level and attend work meetings follow up and coordinate with various parties Related, packing standard design, documentation process flow chart, FMEA , Control plan , PPAP. 7.Contact and coordinate with both internal and external customers. 8.Follow up and jointly resolve customer complaints together with the Quality Department. 9.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications
  1. Male Age between 30 - 40 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  3. If you have experience in auto parts (welding machine), special consideration will be given.
  4. Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office, Mini tab, AutoCAD, Solid work, Drawing, etc
  5. Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, IATF16949.
  6. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
  7. Strong leadership skills, good analyze problem solving and decision making.
  8. Good communication skill in English or Japanese would be advantage.
  9. Interview by English Language
