Job Descriptions
Controlling Overall Electrical system Management and Maintenance. Responsible 1.Electrical System Maintenance Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot, and repair Production machinery ,Electrical equipment’s Motor, Transformer ,HT ,LT Panel ,UPS etc. Implement preventive maintenance to ZERO downtime. 2. Electronic System Maintenance Maintain and repair Inverter, PLC systems, sensors, PID controller and control panels. 3. Power Supply Management Ensure proper power distribution and Monitor energy consumption. 4. Installation & Commissioning Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical/electronic equipment. Upgrade existing systems for improved performance. 5. Safety Implement lockout/tagout procedures to protect personnel. 6. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Respond quickly to breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Generate performance and breakdown reports. 8. Collaboration Work closely with Engineering team , production teams, for efficient operations. 9. Train and develop personnel. 10. Should have Energy optimization /Conservation approach .
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  2. Electrical Management experience at least 10-15 years
  3. Good Communication by English Language.
  4. Leadership and team management skills.
  5. Solving problem skill and Team work corroboration.
