Job Descriptions
•Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement using lean manufacturing principles and techniques like Six Sigma.
•Technology Integration: Implement smart manufacturing technologies such as automation systems, robotics, and IoT solutions to streamline operations.
•Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor production metrics, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and IT, to ensure that new systems align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or related fields) is typically required. Advanced degrees may be preferred for senior roles.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering is generally expected. Experience with smart manufacturing technologies is a significant advantage.
