Job Descriptions
1.ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2.บันทึกตั้งหนี้บัญชีลูกหนี้-เจ้าหนี้ 3.ออกเอกสารทางบัญชี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ/ใบสำคัญจ่าย 4.บันทึกตัดรับชำระลูกหนี้-เจ้าหนี้ 5.บันทึก Clearing Post Date Cheque 6.บันทึกรับเงินอื่น ๆ ตามที่มียอดเข้า 7.รับผิดชอบโทรติดตามประสานงานรับเช็ค-วางบิลให้ทันตามกำหนด 8.กระทบยอดบัญชี 9.จัดทำรายงานส่งผู้บริหารและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง 10.ออกหนังสือรับรองหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 11.รายงานยอดการรับจ่ายเงิน ตรวจสอบและจัดทำเอกสารบัญชีด้านรับ-จ่าย 12.ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อ, ภาษีขาย แบบภงด.3,53 ภ.พ.30 13.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้-เจ้าหนี้ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีความขยันอดทน และตั้งใจทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้น รับผิดชอบสูง ติดตามงาน และส่งมอบงานภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ คล่องตัว ป็นผู้มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ขยัน อดทน มีภาวะผู้นำ
  8. มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office Word และ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. เคยผ่านการใช้งานโปรแกรม ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. บริษัท ฯ ไม่มีรถรับส่ง ต้องเดินทางมาทำงานเอง
