Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำ เช็คAttendance ทำสถิติขาดลามาสาย ( Check Attendance and data Leave)
2.ดูแลในเรื่องแรงงานสัมพันธ์ และ สวัสดิการต่างๆของบริษัทฯ สั่งซื้อชุดและควบคุมStock Uniform , ดูแลรถรับส่งพนักงาน,รถส่งงาน และรถผู้บริหาร
3.สั่งซื้อและดูแลเครื่องมือ และ อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน , สั่งซื้อยา
4.ควบคุมดูแล รปภ. แม่บ้าน และคนขับรถ
5.จัดทำเอกสาร ค่าใช้จ่ายคนขับรถ และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆของแผนกบุคคล
6.จัดห้องประชุม รับรองแขก, ลูกค้า
7.ประสานงาน ดูแลโรงอาหาร
8.งานธุรการตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Thai nationality , Female-Male , age 25-30 year old.
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in GA and HR ( 1 year up )
- Good Computer skills Microsoft office and Express Program
- Good command of English
