Job Descriptions

Purpose of job: To manage the mold maintenance section to maintenance, improve & repair production molds to achieve the optimum running condition of the mold. In charge of new mold fabrication to support production. Principle job responsibilities: 1.Plan and execute routine maintenance, repair and servicing of Production molds 2.Debug & improve new molds from FOT state to qualify for mass production. 3.Provide technical support to Engineering Department in term of mold design. 4.Update molds preventive maintenance records & keep track of molds history and molds life. 5.Work with QA to provide and record insert dimension and keep all department informed on the repairs and improvement done on the production molds. 6.Design and fabricate jig and fixture to support Production’ needs 7.Provide continuous improvement plan and suggestion to help Production enhance their molds performance, reduce cycle, better product quality and productivity 8.Provide guidance for improvement and necessary training for improvement Mold Maintain Technician. 9.Comply with all safety practices at work 10.Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline

Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3- 4 ปี
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
เพศชาย อายุ 27 - 34 ปี
สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ (ไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
การศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาEngineer
มีความเป็นผู้นำ และประสบการณ์ในการเจรจา
