Duty of responsibility 1.Safety aspects - - Keep a register of laws and follow safety-related laws - Establish a safety implementation plan. - Analysis, and assessment of environmental, health, and safety risks in the workplace. - Check environmental workplaces for job security. - Inspect fire extinguishing equipment such as fire tanks, fire escape exit doors, and fire escape signs, etc. - Check, measure, and test the working environment. - Supervising subcommittees such as 5S., mass accidents, fires, and emergency critical patients, etc. - Handle training such as training for newcomers, contractors before starting work, first aid, basic firefighting drills, and other legal practice courses. - Conduct Emergency Code 0-9 drills by the hospital to prepare for emergencies. 2. Quality aspect : - Auditor documents of quality and safety, including document registration. - As part of the Internal survey team, refer to the Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Safety sections to prepare for the application for Phase 1 HA standards. - Hold a Quality Week event (International Patient Safety Goals; IPSG) 3. Environmental aspects : - Treat the hospital's sewage treatment wells for values not exceedingly the standard required by law. - Take responsibility for the process of handling infectious wastes from the time of storage, transportation, and destruction. - Send a quality check on drinking water, water used, and meet the standards.
