Job Descriptions
-ให้บริการ การทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ วัตถุดิบ ให้กับหน่วยงานภายใน และภายนอกในระดับโรงงานต้นแบบ (Pilot scale) -ให้บริการ การทดสอบกลิ่นและรสชาติ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ด้วยเครื่อง Electronic nose, electronic tongue และอื่นๆ -จัดทำรายการงานการทดสอบ ตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และรายงานแก่หัวหน้างานรับทราบและดำเนินการ ป้องกัน ควบคุมข้อมูลด้านเอกสารสูตรซึ่งเป็นความลับของบริษัท -สนับสนุนการดำเนินการในงานการทำวิจัยผู้บริโภค (Consumer research) -ดูแลรับผิดชอบเครื่องมือ เครื่องวิเคราะห์ตรวจวัดคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้พร้อมใช้งาน ภายในห้องปฏิบัติการแผนก วิจัยและพัฒนา
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร, วิทยาศาตร์ วิศวกรรมอาหาร เคมี ชีวเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปี สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่วิจัยและพัฒนา
  3. มีทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือพื้นฐานในการตรวจวัด ตรวจสอบคุณลักษณะผลิตภัณฑ์
  4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดัน และสภาวะที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  6. สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
  7. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง มีความหยืดหยุ่น และประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  8. ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลาทำงาน 09.00-18.00 น.
