Job Descriptions

- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies and goals to deliver effective physical therapy services in alignment with the organization’s objectives. - Team Management: - Supervise and oversee the team of physical therapists. - Schedule workloads and allocate responsibilities. - Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their professional skills. - Direct Patient Care (When Necessary) In certain situations, such as emergencies or complex cases, the manager may provide direct physical therapy services to patients. - Document Management - Oversee documentation processes, such as patient records, treatment reports, and departmental statistics. - Ensure all documents comply with relevant laws and standards.

Qualifications

No gender restriction, age 27-35 years.
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution Valid Thai Physiotherapist license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on chronic pain management and rehabilitation.
Proficiency in Thai and intermediate proficiency in English to communicate with diverse clientele.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
8 AM to 5 PM – Monday to friday
