Job Descriptions
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and present tailored sales proposals and solutions that align with customer needs.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to ensure seamless support for sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Engage with new enterprise clients while strengthening relationships with current customers.
- Prepare and manage essential sales documentation, including tender documents, quotations, sales orders, agreements, and sales forecasts.
- Provide exceptional services to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges effectively.
- Handle sales documentation and offer strategic advice to customers by understanding their business needs and aligning them with company offerings.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research to gather insights, develop account plans, and identify growth opportunities.
- Regularly update and report on sales activities and performance metrics as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in any related fields
- At least 3-5 years working experience in IT sales
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good command of both written & spoken in English
- Good relationship & able to work in under pressure
- Able to visit customer sites
- Pleasant personality
