Job Descriptions
Plan strategies for quality, delivery, and production cost management in collaboration with other departments.
Prepare, review, monitor MBP, OB, and Action Plans, and analyze costs to achieve targets in line with the policies of the MD/Director/GM.
Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet international standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and PSJ standards.
Conduct audits of new suppliers and ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
Develop quality system documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Support internal and external stakeholders, including new customers, during audits related to quality.
Assist, support, and collaborate with customers in case of complaints about product quality issues.
Inspect, monitor, analyze, resolve, and prevent quality issues arising in the production process, including measures to prevent recurrence.
Manage, analyze, and monitor production or operational plans to align with KPIs and SEQCD, and report them to management.
Promote activities to motivate and instill a quality mindset among subordinates to elevate quality standards.
Proactively manage and continuously improve work processes, adapting to changes in the working environment.
Coordinate with all relevant parties to achieve work goals.
Support, encourage, and persuade employees to participate in company activities to drive development and improvement while attending such activities to gain additional knowledge.
Manage areas under responsibility related to machine installation and workspace improvement to meet specified production requirements.
Participate in evaluating, interviewing, and selecting new employees, as well as conducting the annual position review.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
- Aged 35 years or older.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Experienced in production control within the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Experienced in management and administration.

*มาจาก ศรีราชา ประมาณ 40-45 นาที
จาก ถ.สุขุมวิทเลี้ยวเข้าแยกกระทิงลาย เพิ่อจะตัดเข้า ถนนสาย 36 จากนั้นวิ่งมาตามแผนที่
*มาจากพัทยา ประมาณ 30 นาที
วิ่งเส้น ถนนบายพาสเลี่ยงเมืองพัทยาประมาณ 9 กม. ตัดแยกเขาไม้แก้ว ดูป้ายมาระยอง จะเข้าถนนสาย 36 จากนั้นวิ่งตามแผนที่
*มาจากระยอง ประมาณ 30-40 นาที
วิ่งเส้น ถนนสาย 36 ตรงตลอด ตามแผนที่ เมื่อถึงแยกแยกขนำไร่ ชิดขวารอสัญญาณไฟเขียว เลี้ยวขวา ตรงมาประมาณ 4 กม. ขับตรงมาเรื่อยๆ จะเจอ 7-11 และ Lotus Express ขับมานิดเดียว และเจอสี่แยกให้เลี้ยวซ้าย พร๊อสไพร่าอยู่ซ้ายมือ
