Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities 1. Balance Manpower in the workshop to guarantee the efficiency. 2. Overseeing the production process. 3. Drawing up a production planning. 4. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. 5. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. 6. Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals. 7. Supervising and motivating a team of workers. 8. Reviewing the performance of subordinates. 9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards. 10. Coordinate both of internal and external to achieve the target. 11. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time. Benefits 1. Provident Funds 2. Group Health Insurance 3. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering , Production Management (Textile & Apparel) or related fields.
  2. Have management experiences more than 10 years in manufacturing.
  3. Good English communication skills.
  4. Good computer skills in MS.Office
  5. Logical thinking, excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  6. Be able to analyze the data.
