Job Descriptions
1.ช่วยสรรหาผู้สมัครตามคุณสมบัติที่ได้รับมอบหมายผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ 2.ช่วยจัดทำในกระบวนสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครเบื้องต้น 3.ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมนอกสถานที่เช่น Job Fair , Road Show & Tech Talk หรือกิจกรรมอื่นๆ 4.เข้าร่วมประชุมติดตามการทำงานของฝ่ายสรรหาและแผนกทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 5.ช่วยจัดกิจกรรมอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 3 - 4 สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกียวข้องกับแรงงานสัมพันธ์
  2. สามารถฝึกงานได้ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษยน 2568 เป็นต้นไป
  3. สามารถฝึกงานตั้งแต่ 3 เดือนเป็นอย่างน้อย
  4. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้และมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  5. มีความสนใจและกระตือรือร้นในงานด้านการสรรหาอยู่เสมอและชอบการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
  6. สื่อสารเข้าใจและกระชับ
  7. กล้าพูดกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น
  8. มีทัศนคติที่ดี
  9. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
  10. ใช้ Microsoft Office , Canva ได้และมีทักษะด้านการออกแบบสื่อหรือประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง
