Job Descriptions
1. Support end user to install software and hardware 2. Performing and Monitoring system all server, finger scan, Wireless Lan 3. Control IT Inventory and spare part to serve user 4. Training for user of computer in order to perform IT system and equipment most effectively 5. Contact supplier to buy new hardware and software 6. Setup VPN connecting between branch 7. Troubleshoot problems with computer system, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment 8. Plan preventive maintenance for server, PC, notebook, printer, ups and peripheral network 9. Preventive and update anti-virus for endpoint protection and data backup 10. Setup and configuration Firewall, ADSL, Wireless network
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science and Information Technology
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing
  3. Good communication in English
  4. Good attitude, great service-minded
  5. Able to work at Saraburi Plant (Work 5 days/ week)
