Job Descriptions
Services and Operation
-Support the Tiger program, social media of all platforms and hardware & software including responding to users’ enquiries and troubleshooting services.
-Plan and prepare operating and task activities to achieve target and reports to IT manager every day.
-Monitor and maintenance the all of Desktop PC, Notebook, Servers and etc. to ensure data accurate and smooth operating on the systems.
Hardware & Software
-Develop and manage the HW/SW and IT equipment including CCTV and Telephone, Operations, Reports etc.
-Support the Tiger program, social media of all platforms and HW&SW including responding to users’ enquiries and troubleshooting services
-Communicate with internal and external counterparts for operations, planning, procurement and logistic handling
-Implement and assist in new IT technology Optimization to improve overall operation performance where applicable
Networking
-Motoring the network connection and coordinate with Internet service provider (ISP) and report to IT Manager
-Support to ensure the network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
Asset Management
-Manage and Dispose of HW/SW and IT equipment including CCTV and Telephone and update the fixed asset list report to IT Manager or related department.
-Handle and setup both mobile & telephone and update the telephone list of GIORDANO when store opening or closing.
Maintenance and Backup
-Backup and recover the necessary information for users.
-Monitoring the associated backup routines is smooth running and maintenance once a week and report to IT Manager.

Qualifications
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- เพศชาย อายุ 25-30 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดีเยี่ยม /อังเกฤษ อ่าน เขียน
