Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpretation: o Provide real-time interpretation during business meetings, negotiations, calls, or video conferences. o Assist in cross-cultural communication, ensuring clear and accurate message delivery. 2. Translation: o Translate a variety of business documents, including contracts, reports, emails, and marketing materials. o Proofread and edit translations to ensure linguistic and professional accuracy. 3. Cross-Cultural Support: o Offer advice on cross-cultural communication to help teams better understand the target culture. o Provide language support for visits by international clients, partners, or suppliers. 4. Additional Duties: o Assist with multilingual projects within the company and perform other translation-related tasks. o Participate in language and cultural training programs as needed

Qualifications

Language Proficiency: 1. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Thai, both spoken and written. Advanced certification in translation or interpretation is a plus. 2.Familiarity with business and industry-specific terminology is highly preferred
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in [International business, Chinese], or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: 1. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business translation or a related field. 2.Prior experience working with international teams is preferred
Key Competencies: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2.High sense of responsibility and the ability to deliver quality translations under tight deadlines. 3.Deep understanding of the target culture and ability to handle cross-cultural scenarios effectively
