Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-Month Contract) Job Type: Contract (February – April) Location: CTW, BTS Chidlom Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 3-month contract basis to support our frontend retail hiring needs. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in junior-level recruitment, and can start in February. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for frontend retail positions. - Source, screen, and assess candidates to meet hiring requirements. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on progress. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in retail industry hiring is a plus. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
