Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive spare parts sales and support the complete product lifecycle - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for spare parts within the existing customer base - Collaborate with unit sales teams to create comprehensive maintenance and parts packages for new forklift sales - Provide technical advice and parts recommendations to customers based on their specific needs - Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on parts inquiries Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure optimal stock levels - Track and analyze parts sales data to identify trends and opportunities - Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and maintain relationships
Qualifications
  1. 1+ years of experience in industrial equipment or automotive parts sales
  2. Strong technical knowledge of forklift components and systems
  3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  4. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  5. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
  6. Valid driver's license and own car
