Job Descriptions
• Provide administrative support to the top management team (including paperwork, preparing meeting agendas, taking and writing minutes).
• Scheduling appointments.
• Be the point of contact to business partners and stakeholders.
• Monitoring accounts and manages expenditure and reimbursement.
• Provide interpretation support (English and Chinese) for the management team.
• Extra tasks might be assigned.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Male / Female 22-32 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in ฺBusiness administration, English, Chinese major or related field.
- Good interpersonal skills fluent level of English , Chinese.
- Good Computer skill: Microsoft Office.
