Job Descriptions

Partner Sourcing: -Identify potential delivery partners in targeted regions to expand network coverage. -Evaluate prospective partners based on operational capabilities, geographic reach, and fleet capacity. Onboarding Execution: -Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, including document collection, contract finalization, and system training. -Ensure partners are well-trained on LEX processes, technology platforms, and performance expectations. Market Research: -Conduct local market research to identify underserved areas and suitable partner candidates. -Stay updated on competitor activities and partner offerings in the logistics sector. Reporting & Metrics: -Track acquisition KPIs such as the number of partners onboarded and onboarding cycle time. -Provide regular updates to the Partnership Manager and contribute to strategy refinement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or logistics operations.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Thailand’s logistics market and last-mile delivery operations.
