Job Descriptions
•Provide administrative support for the Support to Japanese Factory Director and Japanese Manager
•Assist Japanese Factory Manager and Japanese Manager in coordinating with other departments including customers
•Coordinate with internal and external contacts
•Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
•Responsible for secretarial tasks and other assignments (as needed)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Fluent in Japanese JLPT N1 or N2
- Have experience of Interpreter for 2 years
- Have experience in Factory Interpreter will be special consideration
- Able to work overtime and work late, depending on the work situation
- Able to work under pressure
- Has a car and driving license will be advantage
