Job Descriptions
•Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for CRM systems and mobile banking applications, ensuring all functionalities meet business requirements and user expectations. •Collaborate with customer service teams to understand and optimize CRM workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and customer service delivery. •Identify and implement process improvements within CRM and mobile banking workflows to enhance user experience and streamline operations. •Oversee defect management during UAT, ensuring timely identification, resolution, and tracking of issues for both CRM and mobile systems. •Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies, escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth implementation and UAT execution. •Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, including key milestones, risks, and resolutions. •Coordinate and support training for end users to facilitate successful adoption of CRM and mobile systems. •Stay updated on industry trends in CRM and mobile banking technology, providing recommendations for system enhancements and future improvements. Qualifications
  1. Male and female 28 - 40 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in managing CRM and mobile banking projects, with a focus on UAT and system implementation
  4. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and mobile banking applications
  5. Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage UAT processes, identify issues, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
