Job Descriptions
1) Analyze and Solve quality problems encountering in production. 2) Provide engineering support to the production. Lead efficiency improvement within the manufacturing process. 3) Establish Process Flow chart, WI, Q-point, Check sheet, Control plan for support new model and production. 4) Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving. 5) Coordinate with relevant departments to acheive with Production targets 6) Develop product test plans and perform production test according customer requirements. 7) Conduct all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, and procedures. 8) Manage working concern with ISO9001,IATF16949 , ISO14001 , Safety and 5s. 9) Understanding and ability on 3D drawing both software and paper
Qualifications
  1. Age 35 - 45
  2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering / Plastic Engineering
  3. Fair in English
  4. Able to use program CATIA/CAD/CAM
  5. Knowledge and understanding in IATF16949 / PPAP/MSA/APQP/FMEA/SPC
  6. Have a good relationship with all levels
  7. Teamwork
