Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for customer requirements by checking and reviewing them to be consistent with customer needs.
2. Responsible for taking care of Audit customers and responding to preventive corrections from Audit.
3. Convey customer needs to relevant departments.
4. Responsible for taking care of customer claims and responding to customers related to quality.
5. Responsible for creating and maintaining the company's quality system QMS.
6. Responsible for overseeing quality inspections of Final Outing Going work to ensure it works efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in QA Supervisor at least 3 years in PCB Manufacturing
- 5 years’ experience as head of ISO.
- Experience with QMR/EMR
- Able to communicate in English to answer customer complaints very
- Able to communication in Chinese will be advantage
