Job Descriptions
Main Goal of job : • Develop, author, and execute Validation/Qualification protocols. • Collaborating and reaching consensus on test methods, protocols, and plans with key reviewers and approves of controlled documents. • Monitoring to ensure new product compliance for package process to specification or customer requirement. • Involve with the team to define package process characteristics and define product/process quality control/ procedure/ criteria for new product. • Monitor process quality tendency and analyze to scope the problem and conclude potential causes that are helpful to take immediate actions. • Investigating the potential cause of failure mode to define the root cause. • Improvement project to improve the quality, productivity and cost. • Develop or design machine jigs and tools to increase productivity/ quality • Process validation, Document control, Products quality verification. • Maintain company rules, safety rules and ISO requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or Any field related.
  2. Have knowledge about machinery that uses heat, pressure also packaging.
  3. Experience in process validation and new product introduction.
  4. Excellent in English communication, Reading and Writing.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, Six sigma.
