Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Partnerships Development: Identify, establish, and nurture business alliances with key partners such as suppliers, marketing firms, and other industry stakeholders. Focus on creating collaborations that drive growth, innovation, and market expansion for the restaurant brand. 2.Alliance Management & Optimization: Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring they align with business goals. Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and negotiate terms to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration. 3.Project Execution & Collaboration: Lead joint projects, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating teams, managing timelines, and tracking progress. Adjust strategies to ensure objectives are met and key deliverables are achieved. 4.Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Track market trends and competitor strategies, using insights to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities that keep the brand competitive and ahead of market shifts. 5.Process Improvement & Efficiency: Develop and streamline internal processes to improve collaboration, eliminate inefficiencies, and support scalable business growth. Ensure operational workflows facilitate smooth partnership execution. 6.Long-Term Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with partners, continuously exploring new opportunities for collaboration, driving improvement, and adapting to changing market conditions. 7.Reporting & Strategic Insights: Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to leadership on partnership status, project outcomes, and market developments to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics relevant to the business
