Job Descriptions1) As a sales assistant
- Prepare Sales Tools i.e. presentation or etc.
- Prepare any tool which particularly required such as summary report.
- Coordinate internally between CS, Tariff Section, Document Section, Inland Transport Section,
Sub-contractor, Superior regarding to work issues.
- Coordinate with Air Division, NVOCC department for freight inquiry.
- Contact outsource operational Sub-contractor such as Warehouse to obtain cost of operation
(Storage charge, Packing charge, Handling charge and etc.)
- Contact MLG oversea branches and Thai customers for quotation inquiry etc.
2) As a translator
- Verbal translator timely between Thai staff and Japanese staff.
- Timely assist to translate e-mail or documents from customer i.e. letter/notification from
government or any kind of documents at site (if any, when have trouble) i.e. Accident report,
Delivery note, Order sheet,
working instruction and etc. which is in Thai language.
- Translate Customs Notification/Procedure/Announcement upon request.
