About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an HRBP, I am looking for a talented professional who can lead our IT operations, drive innovation, and support our business objectives through effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems. - Develop and maintain software solutions using programming languages such as VB, Python, PLC, and others. - Design and implement automation systems to improve efficiency in factory operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges. - Manage IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team. Qualifications: - Proven experience working with SAP systems. - Proficiency in programming languages such as VB, Python, PLC, or similar. - Strong background in factory automation systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on automation and software development.
Proven experience in developing and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
Proficiency in software development, database management, and system integration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
