Job Descriptions
- ISO 9001 System Management: Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001 compliance at the factory and customer sites, including out-of-town locations.
- Quality Control: Manage and ensure the quality of supplier-provided materials, including packaging, raw materials (base oil and additives), semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Quality Assurance: Handle customer complaints related to product quality, prepare detailed reports, and present findings in English during meetings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Address and manage requests related to regulations such as SOC, REACH, RoHS, and safety standards, particularly those involving chemical knowledge.
- Quality Problem Monitoring: Track and analyze trends in quality issues, such as product leakage or damage, and perform inspections at the factory to ensure improvements.
- Proficiency in Tools and Software: Apply QC tools and techniques effectively, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3-5 years experience in QA/QC, Production Engineering, or Petrochemical industries
- Proficient in ISO 9001 audits, quality control, document control (DCC), and regulatory compliance (SOC, REACH, RoHS, Safety)
- Capable of issuing COAs, managing product specifications, monitoring quality trends, and resolving internal/external quality issues
