Job Descriptions
1. การวางแผนกลยุทธ์และบริหารจัดการงาน People (People Strategy & Management) 2. การวางแผนทรัพยากรบุคคล ( People Planning) 3. ขับเคลื่อนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาประจำปี (Training & Development for Performance Improvement) 4. บริหารจัดการผลปฏิบัติงาน (Performance Management) 4. บริหารแรงงานสัมพันธ์ (Employee Relation) 5. บริหารการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (Recruitment & Selection) 6. ดูแลพนักงานใหม่ด้วย On-boarding Program 7. ดูแลการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ (Career Development) 8. ดูแลการบริหารค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ (Compensation & Benifits ) 9. การบริหารจัดงานธุรการทั่วไป (General Affair)
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา พัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล วิทยากรการเรียนรู้ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงาน People ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี (Management Experience)
  3. ความเป็นผู้นำ
  4. ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร
  5. การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ดี
  6. การวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา
