Job Descriptions1)To prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for office supplies and equipment.
2)To pair off billing note from supplier with purchase order and submit to Accounting & Finance Department during month-end.
3)To arrange maintenance check for company cars and make an appointment with car service center.
4)To assist with the maintenance of the office automations and equipment.
5)To provide backup support for other administrative services including reception, mail and courier duties.
6)To apply and maintain the work permit and VISA for foreign management team
7)Job related in Admin & Human Resource
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences, Human Resources Management or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in administration job
- Good interpersonal skills, service-minded and positive attitude
- Able to do multi task assigned duties.
- Fair command in English.
- Computer literacy is required. (Microsoft Office)
