Job Descriptions
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and client-focused IT solutions that align with business objectives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through meticulous code reviews, adherence to development standards, and the adoption of industry best practices. Provide expert guidance on technology solutions, system architecture, and process improvements to optimize client outcomes. Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills, foster innovation, and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Analyze business requirements, functional expectations, and technical feasibility, translating them into actionable technical specifications. Thoroughly understand the overall system architecture, technical solutions and functionalities of the products under responsibility Gain deep understanding of system architecture, technical solutions, and product functionalities to oversee their successful implementation and evolution. Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Project Managers, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges during the software development lifecycle and post-deployment phases. Troubleshoot intricate technical issues and propose practical, innovative solutions to ensure system stability and efficiency. Lead the implementation of robust DevOps processes, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, and deployment. Assess and address security, infrastructure, and operational challenges to deliver secure, high-performance systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, full-stack development, software development, system architecture design, or solution design.
  3. Proven expertise in implementing enterprise applications and integrating systems across complex IT ecosystems.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of front-end and back-end architectures and frameworks.
  5. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Vue.js, TypeScript, and API development (Full-stack experienced).
  6. In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, infrastructure management, and security best practices.
  7. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
  8. Experience in client consulting and stakeholder engagement, showcasing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  9. Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines.
  10. High accountability and a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  11. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
