Job Descriptions

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mobile devices and accessories for sales teams, customer service representatives, and retail partners. - Provide hands-on demonstrations and training on product features, functionalities, and usage. - Keep training materials updated with the latest product releases and technological advancements. - Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with brand messaging and technical specifications. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. - Conduct refresher courses to ensure teams stay current on new product lines and updates. - Assist in creating product manuals, guides, and video tutorials as needed.

Qualifications

วุฒิ : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as technology, communications, or education is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and related technologies.
Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar instructional role, preferably in the mobile industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Ability to adapt training content to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
Proficiency in MS Office, presentation software, and e-learning platforms.
