Role Description
The Area Manager at Jubilee Diamond is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple luxury jewelry and diamond retail stores across Thailand. This position entails driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading and coaching store managers and sales teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, optimizing the customer experience, managing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in luxury retail sales, in-depth industry knowledge, analytical acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
This role is opened for “ Bangkok Zone ”
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
- Data driven and has keen sense to create plan and execution based on data.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Proficient in Thai with good command in English is a plus
