We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT and technology projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering successful projects on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: •Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. •Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and resource allocations are aligned. •Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects effectively. •Track project progress and performance, ensuring that goals are met within scope, budget, and schedule. •Identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks, proactively developing and implementing solutions. •Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. •Regularly update management and stakeholders on project status and performance. •Ensure compliance with industry-standard project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). •Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or System Analyst, with a proven track record in the IT/Tech industry.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex project challenges.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification) are highly preferred.
Familiarity with software development processes, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
Proven experience managing more than 3 projects.
Ability to work onsite full-time at the office.
