Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development. • Develop and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements and product changes ,including provide facilities & install related fixtures and tooling, as required. • Carry out and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes, including Process flow chart ,PFMEA, Work instruction ,capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing. • Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result. • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required. • Plan, lead and supervise production team to ensure smooth process and achieve production plan. • Manage and deploy manpower with direct and sub-contractor manpower ,including conduct employee training for productivity improvement projects. • Investigate production and process issues providing action with technical support and training ,including review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by characterizing and optimizing existing processes, reducing waste by the utilization of lean manufacturing tools and concepts such as value stream mapping, line balancing, waste reduction, etc. • Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions. • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. • Work cross-functionally with SDT /APQP Team to ensure proper execution with smooth running for new program launch. • Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s ir above degree of Industrials Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in position.
  3. Understanding manufacturing processes.
  4. Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information.
  5. Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
  6. Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  7. A good working knowledge of APQP activities, PPAP preparation and MES System or Knowledge.
  8. Have a demonstrated track record of Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement activities, Lean Manufacturing Principles application, and Start of Production projects.
  9. Extensive experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
  10. Hands-on experience with PLC programming.
  11. Seat assembly /Metal assembly experience is a plus.
