Job Descriptions
We are expanding our team and seeking Billing Officers, to support our import/export operations. Candidates with experience in Freezone warehousing, customs clearance, and logistics invoicing are highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, ongoing contract with a leading logistics provider.
Qualifications
  1. Process and verify invoices for import/export shipments and Freezone warehouse services.
  2. Ensure accurate data entry for billing records, VAT invoices, and payment tracking.
  3. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  4. Maintain billing documentation and compliance records as per Thai tax and Freezone regulations.
  5. Prepare billing reports and summaries for management and audits.
  6. Experience in billing, administration, or finance within the logistics industry.
  7. Familiarity with Thai VAT, invoicing regulations, and Freezone documentation.
  8. Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
  9. Proficiency in, accounting softwares and logistics billing systems
  10. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
