Job DescriptionsVISA and Work Permit
•Prepare and submit applications for visas and work permits for employees, end – to end.
•Liaise with and request necessary documents from relevant government agencies, such as the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, Immigration Bureau,
Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, and Department of Business Development (DBD).
•Stay updated on laws and regulations related to visa and work permit.
•Data tracking of visa and work permit expiry dates.
•Handle 90-day reporting for foreign nationals residing in the country.
•Process the cancellation of visa and work permit.
•Obtain taxpayer identification numbers and social security numbers for foreign employees.
Time Attendance
•Enter employee data into the system.
•Manage and maintain the employee database.
•Monitor and verify employees’ check-in and check-out times.
•Review and track employee leave records (e.g., vacation, personal leave, sick leave).
•Prepare and submit weekly reports.
Payroll (Compensation and benefits)
•Handle employee enrollment and termination for group insurance and social security.
•Submit tax filings (PND1), social security contributions (SSO), student loan repayments (SLF), and salary garnishment payments to the Legal Execution Department.
•Issue employment certificates, probation completion letters, and salary adjustment letters.
•Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
