Job Descriptions
BOI Benefit Application Prepare and submit documents related to the application for investment promotion benefits from BOI. Ensure that all documents and information comply with BOI requirements. Track Application Progress Monitor the status and progress of BOI benefit applications. Communicate and coordinate with BOI to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise. Coordination with Government Agencies and Other Entities Work with relevant government agencies, such as BOI, the Revenue Department, or other organizations involved in investment promotion. Coordinate with government entities to ensure compliance with requirements. Internal Consultation Provide advice to internal teams and management on BOI-related requirements and regulations. Help ensure understanding of the benefits and processes related to investment in Thailand. Report and Document Preparation Prepare reports on the progress and outcomes of the BOI benefit application. Verify the accuracy of documents and reports related to the application process. Compliance Monitoring and Process Improvement Monitor compliance with the terms and conditions set by BOI to ensure the company receives the expected benefits. Develop and improve processes related to the BOI application for greater efficiency. Import-Export Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the import and export operations of goods and services across international shipping agencies. The role involves close collaboration with customs authorities, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
Qualifications
  1. Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in Logistic or any filed.
  2. Minimum 1 years experience in BOI or handling investment-related procedures.
  3. Knowledge of BOI processes and regulations, as well as related legal matters.
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with government agencies and internal teams.
  5. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English or Chinese.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
