- จัดการวางแผนงานขนส่ง ให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย และมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด
- ควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ได้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลาตามแผนงาน
- กำกับ ดูแลพนักงานขนส่งใน และขนส่งนอก ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายงาน
- ร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน และจัดการปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพ
- นำเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงงานขนส่งสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
- จัดแผนอบรมพนักงานขนส่งให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่อมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นหน้างาน
- รวบรวมและจัดทำรายงานต่างๆภายในหน่วยงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
