Job Descriptions
•Design scalable and secure cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
•Collaborate with developer teams, vendors, and external partners to provide architecture guidance and support.
•Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of cloud environments on Azure and AWS.
•Implement and maintain best practices for cloud deployment, monitoring, and management.
•Perform regular updates, backups, and system maintenance to ensure high availability.
•Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
•Implement and manage security controls such as IAM, encryption, and network security.
•Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to security compliance frameworks.
•Provide technical support to developer teams, vendors, and outsourced developers.
•Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and resolve them promptly.
•Work closely with security and operations teams to address incidents and vulnerabilities.
•Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
•Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance cloud operations and security.
•Automate repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShell, Python, or cloud-native automation features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
- Proven expertise in managing cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Strong background in supporting architecture design for developers and external partners.
- Deep knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including their services and tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge and skills in AI and data analytics architecture would be preferred.
