Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: Develop and execute production plans to ensure tasks are completed on time; Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality; Supervise the machining and heat treatment of metal components, ensuring quality control; Coordinate resources across departments and resolve production issues promptly; Ensure production areas comply with safety regulations and promote safe practices; Analyze production data, propose improvement measures, and prepare reports; Lead and train the production team to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Production Management, or related fields;
Fluent in English, capable of handling daily work communication;
Proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
Work experience in Japanese or American companies is a plus;
Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in metal machining and heat treatment;
Familiar with production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems;
Proficient in ERP systems and other production management tools;
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills;
Willing to work on Saturdays (one day off per week).
