Job Descriptions

Primary Purpose of Job Responsible for sourcing and selecting vendors, negotiating and scheduling of engineering projects to meet the users’ requirements in each department to Compliance with quality and safety requirements and policies. Basic Job Duties: - Collected the supplier’s portfolio by review the company's history which is have been supply to Ansell in other countries by Analysis of working capital, Capacity utilization, Reference customer and Product quality to meet the requirements, Our order and consistent with the Ansell policy. - Coordinate with suppliers to request all control documents such as a new vendor registration form, Supplier evaluation, Environment, Health and Safety awareness policy, terms and conditions of purchase and Transportation Questionnaire. - Review and selected the suppliers for consideration the price list, the ability to produce, quality delivery according to Ansell condition. - Review/ clear understand requirement and scope of work from Engineer to ensure bidding process. - Coordinate with the suppliers to attend onsite with Engineer to propose the quotation. - Compare bidding transparent to reduce the cost before sending to the price to user. - Manage supplier relations and supply agreement compliance while maintaining highest code of ethics and conduct and purchasing policy. - Coordinate with Engineer in technical purchase to manage cost efficiency base on standard requirement. - Evaluate Suppliers/Contractors with Engineer to ensure very best Quality, cost, delivery and service. - Advisor purchasing policy to Engineer to prevent not comply with compliance - Coordinate with Engineer team to create tracking pending and set priority task.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in industrial engineering and/or:
2 years in engineering procurement; two years at a supervisory level.
Integrity, trust, business negotiation, analytical, planning and coordination, etc.
Knowledge of industrial sources, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 requirements is an advantage.
Good command of English; communication and negotiation.
Computer literate.
