Job Descriptions
•Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. •Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks. •Adjust production schedules as needed to address unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failures, material shortages). •Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components. •Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on production performance. •Supervise warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. •Ensure efficient and safe movement of goods within the warehouse. •Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. •Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures. •Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance. •Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock to meet production demands and customer orders. •Implement and monitor inventory control systems (e.g., FIFO, FEFO). •Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. •Manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Planning and Warehouse Operation role from medical device manufacturing.
  3. Knowledge and experience in ISO13485
  4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  5. Able to work on Saturday.
